R2 Commissions, a product of R2 Roadmap LLC, reads the weekly commission report a rep forwards, checks every line against the rep's history and plan, flags what needs a second look, forecasts the next checks, and shows the office leader a summary per rep. An office accepts these terms when it buys R2 Commissions through the R2 hub; a signed master service agreement replaces them for offices that have one.

Logins are created for reps and leaders by their office through the R2 hub. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Removing a person from the office's team on the hub ends their access here.

The office owns its reps' reports, the lines read from them, the flags, and the forecasts. R2 Roadmap LLC processes them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and returns them in full within thirty days of termination.

R2 Commissions is billed by the R2 hub on the office's single invoice, yearly, with a seat per active rep as listed on the buy page. The first report is checked free. Cancel from the hub's billing page; access runs to the end of the paid period.

A flag is a prompt to ask a question, not a determination that anything is wrong. Payment dates and amounts are decided by the office that issues the report. The inquiry drafts are written for the rep to review and send; R2 Roadmap LLC sends nothing to an office's finance team on a rep's behalf.

Forward only reports issued to you or your office. Do not attempt to read another account's data, probe the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

R2 Roadmap LLC provides the service with reasonable skill and care and does not guarantee any commission result; R2 Commissions is a check, not a payroll system. Its total liability is limited to the fees the office paid in the twelve months before a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
