Privacy policy

R2 Commissions is a product of R2 Roadmap LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. An office buys it through the R2 hub at app.r2roadmap.com; each rep in the office forwards their weekly commission report to a personal report address and gets back an analysis. This policy explains what R2 Commissions holds, why, who can see it, and what we will never do with it.

Reps: name, work email, the address your reports come from, your login credentials (stored hashed), and the commission reports you forward: the PDF, every line we read from it (jobs, payments, adjustments, bonuses), the flags we raise, the inquiry drafts we write, and the forecast we compute.

Office leaders: name, work email, and login credentials. A leader sees a summary per rep (report count, last report date, paid, pending, open flags), never a rep's PDF, line items, or inquiry drafts.

Billing: nothing here. The R2 hub bills the office; card numbers are entered with our payment processor and never touch these servers.

To read your report, reconcile it against your history, flag what needs a second look, forecast your next checks, and email you the result. The PDF is sent to an AI model provider to be read; it is not used to train models. Nothing is sold, shared outside the providers that run the service, or used to market to anyone.

You see your own account. Your office leader sees the summary described above and nothing more; the rules are enforced in the database, not only on the screen. R2 Roadmap LLC staff with a recorded support grant can open an account to help. Providers that run the service (database, hosting, mail in and out, the AI model) process data only to provide it, in United States regions.

For as long as the office subscribes. When an office leaves, each rep's data is exported to the office within thirty days and deleted after the export is confirmed, except records required for billing or law.

Write to Support@R2Roadmap.com for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Requests about an office's data are forwarded to the office within two business days, and we help it respond.
